Warranty

PureFab products are engineered with precision and built to handle demanding performance environments. Every component is TIG-welded, CNC-cut, and fabricated in-house to meet the standards expected in motorsport-grade fabrication. This policy outlines what is covered, what isn’t, and how warranty assessments are handled.

Warranty Coverage

All PureFab-manufactured products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.

Coverage Duration

A 12-month warranty applies to all PureFab-built components, including:

  • Turbo manifolds
  • Intercoolers and heat exchangers
  • Coolant tanks and fabrication assemblies
  • CNC-cut, TIG-welded components and hardware supplied with the product

What We Cover

Coverage applies to genuine manufacturing issues such as:

  • Material or weld defects
  • Fabrication faults
  • CNC machining defects
  • Hardware supplied by PureFab that fails under normal use

What is Not Covered

Due to the nature of high-performance and motorsport applications, the following are excluded:

  • Improper installation
  • Failures caused by incorrect tuning, over-boosting, or misuse
  • Damage resulting from worn or faulty engine mounts or excessive vibration
  • Any modification after purchase (cutting, coating, welding, grinding, drilling, etc.)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from collisions, accidents, or external accessories
  • Heat-soak or thermal conditions outside intended design
  • Use outside the intended operating limits
  • Custom one-off products built to customer specifications unless the fault is clearly manufacturing-related

Installation Requirements

Warranty remains valid only when:

  • Installation is completed by a qualified mechanic or performance workshop
  • All clearances, alignment, and fitment checks have been carried out correctly
  • The vehicle has suitable heat shielding, correct engine mounts, and an appropriate tune
  • Supporting components (turbo, wastegate, hoses, clamps, sensors) are compatible with the product

Improper installation voids any warranty.

Warranty Assessment Process

If an issue arises:

  1. PureFab reviews the provided details, photos, or video evidence.
  2. If required, the product may need to be returned for physical inspection.
  3. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, PureFab will either:
    • Repair the item,
    • Replace the item, or
    • Provide store credit (case-by-case).

Items must be returned for assessment at the customer’s cost unless a confirmed manufacturing fault is found.

Disclaimer

Motorsport parts operate under extreme heat, vibration, and stress. PureFab cannot guarantee product lifespan or performance when exposed to:

  • Competition or track use
  • High-boost drag setups
  • Poor or unsafe tuning conditions
  • Extreme thermal loads

Longevity and reliability depend heavily on correct installation, supporting mods, and ongoing maintenance.
