Order Processing Times
All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.
Processing time depends on order volume, workshop workload, and the type of product ordered.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you directly.
Made-to-Order & Fabrication Lead Times
Some PureFab products are made to order and require fabrication time before shipping.
This applies especially to:
- Turbo manifolds
- Aluminium heat exchangers
- Custom fabrication components
- Any item marked as “Out of Stock”
These items typically require 2–4 weeks to produce, depending on workshop workload, design specifications, and material availability.
Lead times are estimates only and may vary during high-demand periods.
Shipping Times & Delivery
Shipping time refers to the time it takes for your order to arrive once it has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery times within Australia (depending on your location):
- Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
Delivery times are controlled by the courier and may vary due to location, public holidays, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update once scanned by the carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Large or oversized items may incur additional charges; these will be displayed at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. PureFab is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to update the address before your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a claim. Lost packages will be investigated with the courier; resolution times vary based on their policies.
International Shipping (Optional – remove if you don’t ship internationally)
International orders may require longer processing and delivery times. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
